As Lenin once put it, illiterates cannot be political subjects. Before they can become political subjects, they must learn the alphabet. Without words and sentences, and their proper use, there are only gossips, rumors, and prejudices, but no political thinking. That's why public schooling and public spheres must be destroyed in the US and its ally countries.
